How do I get Registration sorted if the site do not allow???
My issue is with Avid registration site setup. I need to get my Pro Tools v9 registered to obtain my free copy of PTS v10.
Your Registration ID only excepts digits of 4-4-4, meaning xxxx-xxxx-xxxx My Crossgrade code is "PT9LEU134-xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx" (Code on the card) more then four clusters Do you notice you see my issue? The Registration site will not except my code from my Card as the amount of digits the registration site only except 3sets of 4's "xxxx-xxxx-xxxx" http://www.avid.com/US/support/register/audio I got this from support: To register and activate your Pro Tools 9 Upgrade, you will need the following: 1. The activation code on your card 2. The serial number of your LE interface (if you bought an LE to PT 9 crossgrade) or an iLok with an M-Powered license (if you bought and M-Powered to PT9 crossgrade) 3. The iLok user ID that you use to log into your iLok account. Please feel free to get in touch should there be any further questions on the matter. Thanks, Steffen I have since this reply still awaiting a reply from Steffen, I have even included a snap shot pic to show this fact. No reply since 10/25/2011 10:12 AM |
