Is your Avid account under the same email address as your forum registration?
*My Avid login account ID is"[email protected]" What is the Product Name listed where you are getting the downloads from in your account? *Pro Tools 11.0 No Charge UG for Students Verified Is it a paid upgrade, crossgrade, or free update? *This is a free upgrade from a student purchase from Pro Tools 10 to Pro Tools 11. *On the download screen it states "867.04 MB" for Mac download. I only received 4.2 MB in my download file. ILok, no issues. Trying to determine if any specific group did not get their installers updated correctly in their Avid accounts.
