Current status of BlackMagic Video desktop ?

Re-building my system from scratch :

macOS Mojave
PT Ultimate 2019.5.0
Blackmagic Video Desktop driver v11.1
Black magic intensity pro pcie

No video output from Intensity Pro PCIe. Anyone else getting this ? It was working fine in macOS Sierra.
