Asus cusl2 configurations?

I have an Asus cusl 2 board with a PIII 1 gig chip, 256 ram, a Sound Blaster sound card, an Ehternet card and two 7500 rpm hard drives, one for audio only. I was wondering how other Asus cusl2 users have their configs set up. Which pci slot, where your setting you cpu%, and basically how your computer is performing with different buffer settings. I have my sound card and ethernet cards enabled, it doesn't seem to make a differnce. Thanks for the help PT DUC.

One option is to put your 001 on PCI-slot no. 3, counted from above (no. 1 is the nearest to your AGP-slot). PCI-slot no. 1 you should leave alone, if I'm right no. 2 is for networking cards & SCSI-adapters. This is how I configured my PCI-constellation, this worked for me, have a go, see what you think.
Personally I prefer to use my jumpers & dipswitches to set the processor and RAM's bus speed, and then make your BIOS settings accordingly. Your mobo's manual gives an explanation on how to do it. Be careful...
Disabling your ethernet card may turn out to be more profitable in the end.
Don't know about buffer settings, give it a go and tell us how it works out. Good luck,
