fader repair and/or replacement parts

We have an Artist Mix and an Artist Control (the Avid branded ones that were released just after they bought Euphonix), and 3 of the 12 faders don't move properly. I've tried cleaning them by taking the whole thing apart and cleaning out everything I could reach with a can of air and there was no visible difference between the lazy faders and the properly working ones.



Can we get replacement faders and/or who can repair these for us? TIA.

Thank you. It's too much for me to take on just as we get into editorial on this feature, but I think I can find someone to do the work for me before we get into premixing. If only I could find his phone number....
