TL Space TDM - Installing Presets/IRs

I have encountered a problem that I have yet to solve.

Our HD 9.0.2 systems have several user accounts on them. To date, we have upgraded four (4) systems. I have yet to check all four systems for this issue.

I login to OS X as an admin level user, launch Pro Tools, instantiate TL Space TDM, and try to install the presets/IRs I downloaded. I promptly get a message that Pro Tools is critically low on memory and that I should quit. While that is what the message says, I doubt its accuracy, especially when the only GUI application active is Pro Tools, my session only has one (1) stereo aux track, and the system is equipped with 8GB of RAM. If I don't quit and attempt to install the presets/IRs again, I get a kernel panic.

If I login to OS X as "administrator", I can install the presets/IRs. The problem is that other admin level users do not see the presets/IRs when they instantiate TL Space.

I'm working off of memory, and won't be able to get in front of a system to try to duplicate this again until next week. If anyone has an idea of what is going on or how to work around it I would appreciate it.
