Default I see all the new pop ups for TDM extras. LE?

Why do we see all the plugins and specials for TDM and not LE. I can't use Pro Tools by itself> I have to use Nuendo. I love PT but it is just not up to date with Nuendo. The plugin support is embarassing they have had all the time in the world to release PC version or LE versions of Plugs. You see new vst plugins up daily and if you have a half a mind as a programmer make the plugs. I'm tired of excuses or we will make the plugs in the future. Seriously how long would it take for someone who had the code for RtAS to come up with a plugin they are jerking us..
sorry just ran out of tracks doing a film score.
