Default Plug In Problem

I just downloaded Pro Tools First and this error came up and does not allow me to run the software

Could not complete your request because No such file or directory (2) while opening "PlugIns_63007173-469c-4f6c-b1ba-894e73d3f5af".

Anything that could help is much appreciated!
