Default how do I change my avid account email
Why is this so hard to find? I almost missed my renewal payment due to an old email address. An hour of searching and I cannot find any link to change my email address. Is this 2016?

Default Change email address of Avid and iLok account
Hello,

One of our collegae has registered our licenses (Avid PT and the corresponding iLok) on his private email-address.
We want to change that to a common (used for licenses) emailaddress belonging to our organisation.

Is this the same procedure as buying/selling the license or is there another approach?

How do I change my account information or User ID on iLok.com?
To change your account information, sign in to iLok.com and click on "View Account" and then "View Profile". This will bring you to a page where you can edit your personal information. Note that the User ID is the account identifier for all records and cannot be changed.

This is problem a dumb question, but where do you change your Avid email address? I can't find this anywhere on their support site.

Though, it honestly seems like overkill to have to open a ticket just to change an email address.

I'd like to change the email address on my Avid account, but I can't seem to find it anywhere when I log in.

Anyone know how to do this?
