Default My Artist Mix died today

Help!

After many trustworthy years, my old Euphonix MC Mix suddenly won't power up. I press the power button - absolutely nothing happens. It worked fine this morning. AC Adapter seems to be working (the light is on).

So how do I go about getting this thing fixed?

-Dan

First, I would test the output of the AC adapter with an electric tester, even with the light the cord can be failing.

And just as magically I woke up today and it was working again! Gonna cross my fingers and hope it stays that way.

My guess here is that your power button is having some issues. The Artist series has soft power buttons, they aren't direct on/off switches. I notice sometimes mine do this as well after getting older. I do two things when this happens. One is push the power button down a bit harder when powering up, or I unplug the power adapter and then plug it back in and then that usually helps turn it back on.

Hope this helps
