Default Digital feed back on play back after Bounce

Hello, I'm working with with the 002r.
i bounce my sessions down to 16 bit/44.1k stereo interleved (converting after bounce) and always get some kind of loud pop or buzz at the end of each track when i play it back on a cd. i'm using the windows media player for burning to cd and that might be where the problems occuring. any recomendations would be appreciated. thanks

I'm having the exact problem....it's annoying as hell.

I also burn with Windows Media Player 9.

Anybody got a fix?

Try creating a master channel in pro-tools.

Draw a fade, from 0db to inf on the master fader at the end of the song.

highlight the area you wish to bounce, carrying the highlight to "Just past" the end fade, just after it reaches inf.

We've seen this problem before and it's usually been solved by disabling all WiFi and Ethernet controllers as well as any 3rd party sound cards from the Device Manager.

If you import the bounced file back into Pro Tools and play it, do you still hear the distortion?

I'm just trying to determine if the noise is actually a part of the audio file or if it's being introduced during the CD burning process.

Well i imported the bounced file to track and sure enough there was a digital feed back at the end of the wave. so it's not the burning program, thanks. i guess it could be durinng the conversion process.
i'm runing on 6.1, do you think theres a fix in an updated version or can this be solved some other way. if you got any ideas let me know. thanks again
