Apogee Duet (in) with 003 Console (Out)?

I have just purchased an Apogee Duet for Mac/iPad (USB). Is it possible to use this as my input device, but keep using my 003 Console as the output device.

The 003 has several outputs that would be useful to keep using.

ProTools 12, MBP Sierra 10.12.5
