high pitch noise/sound with Mbox 2 mini

Hi all!
I have read a few posts about noise that look similar like mine, but the suggested solutions don't work

During the Pro tools LE startup, as soon as the midi setup appears in the setup menu, I get a high pitch continuous sound through my right channel. After starting up, the sound stays. I have checked cables, speaker, powersupply, problem stays...

Maybe it has something to do with my OS, but I have no idea what or how to change settings and such in the OS. Do you have any suggestion? I would really appreciate it!
