Second one! sometimes when closing one session and i try to open another i get the message there's not enough system resources and a list of all the plugins that can't be used, then when the session opens its all disables, no plugins and no voices etc, just a skeleton session that won't run and i have to reboot PT...

Default Re: Pro Tools LogFiles? .dlog (pro tools crash logs!?!?)

Hi,
I am having exactly the problem you are describing here! I'm running PT9 HD2 on a Mac Quad Core 2.66. 2 Apogee Rosetta 800's connected via X-HD.
The system has been running almost flawlessly for about 6 months. Just yesterday I started having exactly the same symptoms you describe, while opening very small, simple sessions without a lot of plugins. I ran Disk Warrior on the System Drive, and on my working drive. I deleted PT prefs. I repaired permissions on the system drive. Still having the problems.
Did you ever figure this out? How do you read the .DLOG files? Searching for info on .DLOG files and how to read them is actually what led me to this thread. Coincidental that you end up describing exactly my problems!
Thanks! - Steve ( info [at] axissound.com )
