restoring solo connections?
Hi all.
I've got a session that must somehow be corrupted. On loading the last message I see before it crashes is "restoring solo connections". Does this mean anything to anyone? Stumped

What software/hardware versions are you using, and did you create this session on your system?

Hi there
When I first got my HD2 system about 8 months ago, I got these messages about five or six times as well. However, I haven't seen them every since. I know this doesn't really help at all. All that I can think of that I have changed is I've kept with the PT's updates as well as the Massive Pack 4 updates. Cheers Kim

Hi there.
"Restoring solo connections" is the process of restoring additional mixer plug-in to all tracks if the session was last saved with Solo mode in AFL or PFL (thus with an assigned solo bus path in the IO Setting dialog). So, this session crashes on open 100% of the time? -tv

Well yesterday it was crashing consistently, however today I managed to open it, and went to the IO setup. Strangley enough I had no paths selected for AFL or PFL. However I had spurious input/output and insert paths to a phantom second interface that doesn't exist ...... very strange. Hopefully eliminating these will prevent these issues from resurfacing. I'm quite mystified as to how this occured though, as I've not used this session on any systems other than mine. Perhaps I should consult my horroscope in a bid to avoid any more bad "Ju Jube" this week.

Bit of an addendum.
The session seems to open reliably now, however, closing the session results in the protools app being quit as well. Curiouser and curiouser .....
