will Digi 001 work with OSX Tiger?
Has anyone been able to get the Digi 001 to work with Mac OSX Tiger?

No. Since 001 was dropped for support at version 6.4.1 and the latest OS supported with that version was OS 10.3.8, there's no chance of getting the 001 to work in OS 10.4.
