error 11002

I work with almost all pro tools systems in a post production facilty. Im getting this -11002 error in a TDM 24Mix and in HD2 System. I have all systems working with canoupus advc 100 for outputing video through firewire bus. It's a very annoying error because it happens even when I bounce my mix into a slaved betacam or when I'm with a client. what causes this error? I've been told that has something to do with DV movies. How do I get rid of it?
