Can I even sell my PT 9 +10 license now?

Hi everyone.

Used to be a long time user but the new licensing options has confused me massively.

Basically I have a PT 9 & 10 license which I'm looking to sell as I am no longer in the industry. Is this even possible now? Used to be you'd do a transfer and pay $25 and that was it. Now, I keep finding conflicting information and I'd just like to clarify before I put up the license for sale (if that is even possible now).

Anyways, I've attached a screenshot of the license I'm looking to let go.

Clarification anyone?

*Please note that Pro Tools software products that have been upgraded to the newer 2015 support plans and newer Pro Tools products which include 2015 support plans are not currently available for transfer.

Copy and Paste from the KB article, I suggest you go over the whole article just to be sure you're in the right track.

To submit a Transfer of Ownership form for products requiring a Service Transfer Fee, please start a Registration Case. Fill out the requested case information and attach a legible, scanned copy of your Transfer of Ownership form to the case. Files may be attached via the "Browse" field at the bottom of the registration case form.
