Default pop/click sounds mixing problem help

when trying to mix, i notice a pop/click sound when my guitar solo is playing in a song. each individual track sounds good but together there's a small sound, like a static or pop sound. hard to describe.

ive tried compression and nothing helps except when i lower the volume but then i can't here the solo. am i peaking? help?

thanks

Once you pin the noise down to one track(sometimes noises are actually a combination of more than 1 track, especially if timing is slightly off), you might be able to use the pencil tool, zoom way in and draw the click or pop out. If you zoom way in(so the wave shows as a line) and see a vertical line, that is likely the click. Maybe a search of youtube will turn up a video to assist

Sounds like clipping in one or more spots. Group and lower the entire mix?
