Saving amplitube inserts not working

I have downloaded the Digidesign fix for saving amplitube settings in a session, but the results have not changed. Everytime I close and save a session with Amplitube inserts the session does not really save the Amplitube settings that I inserted into the session. Am I missing a step? I thought that the Digidesign fix would save the Amplitube inserts and keep me from having to add each insert for each track every time that I re-open a session. If you have advice...please let me know. Thanks in advance....

Choose the other option Digi says to choose when installing the fix. I'm sorry but I don't remember.....if they say modify, select repair.....if they say repair, select modify. If you do the opposite, it will work. Good luck, Jason

What is the name of this patch?? I never saw it anywhere (thought that amplitude just plain sucked for that reason)

Well....I tried the opposite...(inless they corrected it before I did the opposite). I repaired instead of modifiied the install...and it didn't work. I'll try the opposite and see if it works, (the opposite of the opposite?) Anyway....I hope that I can find the fix for this ... it would make session amendments alot easier. Thanks for your input!

The patch is not on the IK Multimedia website....it's a Digidesign fix. You can find it in Digidesign's downloads. I just need to figure out how to make it work.

Would like to comment...

Digidesign has the best customer support for a product, (Digi 002), that I heave ever seen! I had a problem with my 1394 ports...and Digi fixed the problem in a quick and professional way. I was very pleased with the service and am very glad that I bought the Digi 002. My thanks to Digidesign for the great customer service that I received!

The update is available on both the IK and Digidesign site's.
You have to login to the User area to access it on the IK page.
