Problem(s) launching the free 30-day trial of PT 10 LE
hello all --
i was one of the people who could no longer use PT 8 LE with the new Mac OS 10.8.2... aggravating enough. now on top of that, after multiple attempts at downloading the free trial of PT 10, i cannot get it to launch, owing to an error message about needing to insert an iLok -- which i did -- in order to launch the program. WTF? any help is most welcome... thanks!

Does the iLok actually have the PT10 asset on it?
