Pro Tools 2020 no license received
I just purchased Pro Tools 2020 (yearly subscription). I have received no license. My Ilok did get the new HEAT license but no Pro Tools. I had a perpetual license but that does not work either. When I attempt to open Pro Tools it says it is looking for the perpetual license (Pro Tools 10) but then says I have no active license available. Pro Tools will not open. I am assuming the license was directed to the correct Ilok account because I did receive the new HEAT license (it has all the correct dates). Phone support is closed, I entered a support request but there has been no answer. They had no trouble taking my money but I have no product and no support. Case # 03940407.
I am very disappointed. |
