Default Broken screw in Avid Mini-DigiLink Cable Connector

Extract a broken screw from an Avid Mini-DigiLink Cable Connector
Anyone have a situation like this?
Made the mistake of not having the cable fastened for strain relief and an accident happened. The connector and fastening screws were ripped out of the back of an Avid 16 I/O. The machine still works although the housing of the connecter is gone. Replacement cable is on its way. One problem is the fastener screws were broken. I got one out, but can't budge the other. The pic below says it all. Look at the left connector of the PRIMARY PORT. Anyone have any success or solution for getting this screw out? I'm thinking that I can unscrew the entire connecting post and deal with it at bench or find a replacement without having to take the box out the rack and open it up.

Those standoffs are typical of most motherboard and PCI card ports. Just replace it with one pulled from an old PC and you should be golden*.

*Of course, this precludes the possibility that the internal threads are different.

+1. I had forgotten that those ports had smaller stand-offs than usual.

In a similar position trying to fix someone else's clumsiness (honest!)

I've written to technical workshops (our repair centre in Aus) but anyone find these? they are indeed smaller than a computer retaining hex socket.

they look a bit like these:

but without the flange at the base, and no idea if it's the right size!
