Default Sticky Fader

Hey guys,

I am a long time Digi LE user and a new Command 8 (bought it used on ebay) user. Digi takes a lot of heat on these forums. I must compliment them on a really clever piece. This is an incredible device for the $. My question is I have a fader (#4) that feels funky mechanically. I feel a lot of drag when it is moved up or down. Any suggestions? It has firmware 2.01.02 and bootloader 1.2.

Is there a factory reset anywhere?

Thanks!
