Ozone 5 freeze in PT 11

I have a strange problem with ozone 5 in PT 11. When I try to instantaite ozone 5 on a track, the ozone 5 GUI will most of the time come up in a partially drawn state. If I try to run it, the GUI freezes and so does PT 11 graphics. I believe if in this condition, ozone is actually working because the track plays and the meters on my c24 continue to work, but the meters on the monitor don't move and you cannot click anything. If I try to move the GUI, it will draw additional GUIs each time I let go of the mouse button. At this point everything is frozen and the only way to fix is to remove the plug in. But the plug in cannot be removed from the insert list as normal unless you click on the x on the GUI . Then the plug in goes away and you can remove it the normal way and all is well.

Very rarely it will work perfectly, but if I make it inactive and then active again it will usually come back in the failed mode.

I am running PT 10 and PT 11 as HD Native. Plug works fine in PT 10 and only does this in PT 11. I have the latest versions of PT 10 and 11 and Izotope and have re-downloaded and reinstalled everything except Windows 7 including video driver. Computer is creation station I7. I was running PT10 HD2 on this computer

I have a lot of waves plug ins and plug ins from other suppliers and they all work perfectly. I might suspect video card but no other issues on other plugs or programs. I tried Izotope Alloy 2 and does the same thing as ozone, so the problem only exists with Izotope plug ins.

I have talked with izotope about it and they are puzzled too. New ideas would be greatly appreciated!
