Default Pro Tools First Crashes after opening a new project

Good afternoon. I really need some help.

I bought a Focusrite 2i2 3th gen, so I download pro tools first.

Pro Tools First 2019.6.0 crashes after opening a new project. I have done pretty much everything that I have read in the forum.

I can see the screen when I can create or open a project, but after 2 seconds of clicking create pro tools crashes. Also I have tried open the project but it says that the project was open with a new version of pro tools.

I downloaded asio4all, and I have changed the playback engine with all the options possible, I deleted and re installed different versions of pro tools, I did all the recommendations of the optimization guide.

I have a Laptop with Windows 10 i7 with 32 GB. Here is the Sandra report

Default Re: Pro Tools First Crashes after opening a new project

I have a user who is having the exact same problem. Pro Tools crashes after creating a new Project. Reopening Pro Tools and then try to open the project brings up the error:
'Untitled cannot be opened. The latest version the project may have been updated by a newer version of Pro Tools. Please install any available updates and try again.'
There are no updates. I have reinstalled Pro Tools First and ASIO4ALL, deleted Prefs, tried installing it under a new admin user and still this error occurs.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It looks as if you have ASIO4ALL selected in the Playback Engine.
You should not need ASIO4ALL and should be using the latest Focusrite ASIO driver.

Unless you are using it for something else, I would uninstall ASIO4ALL, reboot your computer, then download and install the latest driver for your interface from the Focusrite site. After the driver is installed, reboot your computer.

Launch Pro Tools and hold down the N key while it is loading. You will eventually see the Playback Engine dialog and should pick the Focusrite driver from the list.

Then try to create a project and see if you get farther.
