Default Mix levels for TV dramma, Cinema and DVD

Hello,
I am pretty new in Post Production though have an experience with music mixes.
However I would like to ask a question about the levels.
How loud should sound my final mix for the TV, then for theater (I heard about Academy filter) and for DVD?
I mean what kind of compressing/limiting should I apply for these three different mixes?
I'd be glad to listen more tips and tricks about this subject.
Another question. What do they call pre-mix?
Thank's to everyone!
