Default C24 fader clean

A few of my faders are starting to feel a bit gritty, anyone know of a safe way to clean these?

Yes I have. There's actually dirt in there though, wondering what the best approach would be..
EDIT does anyone know how to get replacement faders? I'd like to avoid any downtime..

I use Caig Dexoit Fader F5 spray.

Does a great job cleaning and lubricating the fader.
