Default Delay when I record in Pro Tools Express 10.3.4

Hello,

It is my first time here, but it would not be the last one
I am trying to record my voice but I have a delay coming from my headphones. I decreased my buffer size and CPU, and the delay still there. I have a MacBook Pro, the min M-box and Pro Tools Express 10.3.4. Any comments and/or suggestions would help.

JV

Thank you!! I actually had an EQ but I bypass it. I decreased it to 256 for recording and I increase it to the max for mixing. I created a new session and it was fine but back to that particular session wasn't

Bypass still adds delay, you need to deactivate a plug to eliminate the delay
Show the Delay option in the Mix Window to see
