lost the sequencer screen layout

Hi there, I am pretty new to Protools and even newer to this forum. I have just updated my Protools MP9 to the version 9.5 . My daughter used this software today and before she logged off she clicked on the X in the top right hand corner of the screen leaving a blank screen, I just logged on and all I get is the blank screen she left how do I get the sequencer and transport screens back, probably something silly I know but can't figure it out.....thanks
