Default Midi Randomly Changes Pitch In Pro Tools 10.

I just started having a problem where recorded midi just randomly changes pitch without notice. Midi instrument tracks are starting to sound low in pitch randomly regardless of instrument plug in in use... Has anyone encountered this and does anyone know how to fix it?

Make sure there is no controller information such as pitch bend recorded in your track...

The problem is happening even on tracks that were previously working well. Could it still be a controller info issue?

Yes, because if you have a device (like a MIDI keyboard) that is somehow spitting out MIDI controller Messages on the MIDI channels that your tracks are set to, they will respond to that. Best way to test this is to set tracks you are happy with to no MIDI input channel and just play them back and see if you still have the problem.

To test this for sure, go into Setup>MIDI>Input Filter and filter out pitch bend. Now try recording MIDI in and see if it fixes it.
