Default HD Omni Mic Pre ?

Hi,
I am New To HD Native / Omni
I have done the Setup and I am Currentlly Using the system.
I don't know why I can't hear the Mic's (Mic1/2) and there is no signle in the Track Level.

The connection setup currentlly as following :

Omni Back panel:
Line 1 & 2 --> Motif XF
Line 3 & 4 --> Tyros 3
TRS Out 1 & 2 --> Yamaha HS80M Monitors

All the above is fine.

Omni front Panel:
when I am using the 2 inputs in front as INTST it's working fine.
when I am try to use the 2 inputs or one of them as MIC it's doesn't work.

If I click 48v button for any of the 2 inputs in front it show me small signal in PT @ the Track Vol Level but I can't hear any sound or see any signal in PT on the Track Vol level and I don't see any signal (in or Out) at the Omni Meters.!

please I need adivce here since I am still new to HD world

Thanks

Are you adjusting the rotary knob to increase your gain for those inputs?

I am using a TRS cable and XLR adapter , I am not sure if this could be the issue or if it's related to your question...

Is it Possible that the HD Omni Mic Pre isn't compatable with Rode NT2-A mic?

The earth pin of the XLR cable transmits phantom power (48v) to power your condensor mic. It's possible that the adaptor is dropping the earth connector of your XLR and stopping the phantom from getting to your mic.
Grab your mic, and plug the XLR straight into the front of the omni (without the adapter), hit the 48v button, and see if you get any signal on the Omni meters. (make sure they are showing input)
