Can Not renew Plan

tried to renew my plan for the 399.00 Ultimate and Avid just came back with the following error "we are unable to process your request at this time. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please try again later."
Time after Time after time
Talk to some Chat tech support who was useless, and could not resolve the issue
We have to pay for this BS, and it just doesn't work
I'm so tried of AVID

Hmm, I was able to renew my perpetual PT HD license though Avid’s website a couple of weeks ago for $399 without an issue.

You can also renew your perpetual license from Sweetwater. Maybe you should try that.

No need to go directly through Avid, although I agree it should not be any kind of obstacle like this! But just to get it done in the meantime, do try a reseller as others have mentioned.

So I renewed threw Sweetwater, and all is well, I guess it was AVID'S way of not having to redeem a CHEER40 code for the 40.00 off,,, they are so screwed, if and when my time comes to an end in TV land in LA,I'm getting off this crazy train
