Default Sc48 Flew Channel

We just installed a SC48 in our church, and we assigned our main singer to that channel, and have the rest of the band and singers in the mains fader. When soloing in AFl, any channel but the flex, the flex channel is also soloed and we havent figured out why. In PFL it only solos what we select, but we need to be able to solo in afl. Any ideas?
