PT 7.4 HD and Mac OSX / Interface: 96 - No valid register-card?!?

Hello!

I've bought an used HD-System (Mac G5) WITHOUT the software.
Now I've got the HD-Software on a separate way with a valid lizenz.

That lizenz I've transfered to my ilok.

But now I got the failure (by starting ProTools):

"That is not an valid register-card - the lizenz-nummer is not suitable to your software!"

What's happened, what can I do??
