hi has anyone tried to plug on a pro tools mix sys a d24 card ? does it work like a sort of farm?

if you are asking if you can add a d24 card to a mix system then no
if you want to add a DSP card to a mix system then yes

It will give you mixing power actually. In my d24, mix farm, and 5 dsp farm system the d24 shows as having a chip for mixing and i/o.

add it and try.

the question was that: adding a d24 to a mix core card because i already have a mix core so i'd like to know what could appen if i add a d24
