Purchased and installed. I just wanted to point out for any potential buyers that I believe the firmware upgrade will wipe out any presets you have created. At least I think this is the case, so you might want to back them up first.

@derker: Are you in the US? If not, make sure to select your country on the Avid.com homepage. This has helped some people in the UK...
If not, this looks like a server-side error...It might help to reboot and try again... I'm sure CS will chime in here too. Sorry you're having trouble!
