Default Burning CDs from Pro Tools onto Mac G5

I am a new pro tools owner (HD1) and i have a couple of questions, which i am finding difficulty in getting answered. Perhaps someone out there can help me.
First of all, is it possible to burn an audio CD from a Pro Tools session faster than real time?
Secondly, i got a copy of Toast Lite with my DVD burner, but it doesn't seem to have many options. If a have to bounce to disk an entire album, how do i program in my track-marks? Is there an option for this on Toast version 6?
Thanks. Dave

No, but you can export audio files from the audio regions list.

You can use Peak to set points (although peak has been buggy lately) and export to Jam. Jam is a toast add-on

I used Peak 3 to separate the tracks of a continuous mix for my CD and then used Jam 5. It worked fine for that as well as some basic editing. In Peak 4 you can burn CDs directly without having to use toast/Jam apparently. I don't know how buggy it is since I have never used it. From reviews I've read it suppose to be better than version 3 but I don't know. But unlike Pro Tools it doesn't have to work in real time.
