Fasttrack Pro Inserts
Hi all,
I am a DJ, and Im looking to output my pioneer mixer audio by means of RCA (phono) into my fasttrack pro audio interface. I would have assumed its as simple as connecting my RCA cable to jack, and plugging into the inserts ports, however I am not recieving any audio. Is this what inserts ports are designed for? Any other recommednations? I know this question has been asked already on other threads, but some of the feedback got a bit technical for me, sorry. |

Fasttrack Pro Inserts
No.
You need to connect it to the line inputs. Inserts are for, well... inserting hardware processors like compressors inline. Connect the outputs of the mixer to the inputs in the front of the interface. Also make sure to set the switch buttons to line. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Fasttrack Pro Inserts
Yes. They’re combo mic/line ports.
Plug the 1/4” jacks into those inputs and set the switches to line. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
