Strike causes loss of communication with HUI controller

I have upgraded to the lastest version of Strike and still experience the loss of communication when Strike is introduced into a session.

Very frustrating...any other users loosing communication with HUI controllers using Strike or is it just me? No other plug in or soft synth cause communication loss. Shuts down my Tascam FW1884 controller every time.

just to be sure:
You're working with a Tascam FW1884 using the HUI protocol,

or

with a Mackie HUI AND a Tascam FW1884?

I experience the same problem after the Strike update. I am using Axiom-25 controller, and I have to reprogram it everytime I reopen a Strike session.

The controller is a Tascam FW 1884 set up in HUI mode to operate with PT. I own Hybrid or Xpand, whichever one was the excellant price of $free I can't honestly say I know whether it causes the same behavior...but I can say for certain that Strike is definately the culprit in stopping the communication with the 1884.
