Default "audio processing is conflicting with other CPU tasks..."

...If this occurs often, try reducing the "H/W buffer size in the hardware setup panel"...

and When I reduced the buffer size, the problem is changing in :"...increase the buffer size" !!

I've this problem since I've re-install pro-tools after the "cleaning" of my hard drive [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

In fact I've no problem to record, It's inly when I played the files...
please help me,
