PT12 download or delivery?

Hi, a very stupid question here... I just purchased PT12 and was expecting it to appear in my downloads which is hasn't so I'm assuming I have to wait for a physical delivery?
When I check my order details, I also can't track my order for some reason... it just brings me to a page saying no order to track...

You should have received a code from where you bought PT that you enter into your account via "Avid Software Activation and Download" on your account page.

I bought it from the Avid Store but received no code...
And also no email from Avid, just from PayPal

They're probably painfully slow with their account propagation. (So Is Adobe...about 18 hours from payment to access code.)

Seems like you might not have received the email replies on both of your cases yesterday (went to the email used for your order, not the one you use here for the community). Please check spam/junk folders there.

You bought a boxed version (new PT is shipped since it includes an iLok2 - see the Specifications tab here). I repeated your request for a tracking number to CS, so the rep should follow up with that.

Oops, I already bought an Ilok2 :/ , oh well, now I'll have two! Another question, they won't send me the latest 12.5 is it? as I am on Yosermite and as far as I know that is not compatible...?

Doesn't hurt to have a backup! (And since you already have a second iLok2 you might even consider iLok's Zero Downtime service.)

You should be okay with the OS. 12.5.2 is the current version of Pro Tools, and that (along with 12.5 & 12.5.1) supports OS X 10.9.5-10.11.3. See the Pro Tools Operating System Compatibility Chart which links to pages with more info for each version.

I just checked the grid and I have Yosemite 10.10.2 which will only support PT 12.2.1... Does anyone know if the boxed version of PTools I get will be 12.5.2 or just PT12? If they send me the latest version, is there anything I can do to get PT 12.2.1?
