Production Toolkit MP3 Option Authorization problem

I have the music production toolklit and recently there was a problem with my ilok and I had to re-sync it and now my mp3 option doesn't work. All my other music production toolkit plug-ins works fine and everything looks good on my ilok page. When I try to bounce an mp3 the authorization window comes up and asks for a serial#, which I don't have. I tried the Music Production toolkit ser.# but that doesn't work. I re-installed the codecs from my 7.1 installer disc and that didn't work either. I know I can convert to mp3 in itunes, I just like being able to bounce to mp3 right from the session. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the Pro Tools mp3 export down as one of your ilok licenses?

Now that I look at it, no, I do not have the mp3 option as one of the items on my ilok- Smack, Sound Replacer, TL Space, and the other stuff is all there. I had seen all that stuff in the link already and tried it and it didn't work. I guess I'll just have to spend the $20 to get it back. I know Avid/Digi could care less about someone running 7.1 on a G4 PPC.

If you have that other stuff, I'm assuming you bought the Music Production Toolkit, which includes the MP3 option. If that's the case, you may have never registered the MP3 option, and you might still have the activation code on a card somewhere. You might check into that.

If you purchased the MP3 Option you should be able to log in to the Avid store and view your previous purchase details to retrieve the code again.

Hello i have another problem with the activation of the MPTK2.
I've bought a used 003+R with the factory bundle and the ilok.
I have all the registration cards of the MPTK2 but when i try to activate it i get the following response:

what does it mean?
