Default Mac - Vista problem

I am having problems transfering Pro Tools files of sessions created on LE 7.4 on Vista to a Mac. I have tried to move from an external hard drive, USB flash drive and a DVD. The Mac does not read the files on these devices. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Just a suggestion here! make sure there are no illegal characters in any of the files or file paths!! illegal characters are things like backslash, period etc, so just use letters and keep the names short.

Save onto a hard drive or dvd. then transfer onto your internal drive on your mac, now try and read the files.

And your mac is PT version 7?

And the other thing you can try.... instead of just clicking on the session file and hoping PT will launch and open it, launch PT first, then go to the File>Open menu, and navigate to the session file
