Default OT: Cheapy Sequencers for Mac

I'm trying to compile a list of cheapy sequencers/production systems for the Mac in the vein of Reason. So far I've only found Rebirth and Ableton Live. Most of the competition seems to be PC only, such as Fruity Loops, Orion Platinum and Making Waves. Anyone know of any other Mac compatible programs of a similar ilk?

Thanks,

Gonzo

I was asking for a standalone sequencer on the harmony-central board and got a few answers. I really want something which can export MIDI, which Fruity Loops can easily do. It seems like a great product which has no future being ported into the Mac.

Well, MOTU makes a product called Freestyle. Finally someone mentioned this product; which of course does not export MIDI so it does me no good...when asked I was told by the manufacturer the sequencer export function is my responsibilty!?

Thanks for that, that's a couple of things I hadn't heard or thought of! There seem to be loads of PC ones like Fruity Loops, Making Waves, Orion Platinum, Magix Music Maker etc. But I think Reason is the most widely used one of these sort of programs, certainly by the pro's. As I understand it, it is easier to sync it up with Logic and suchlike using Rewire, although I gather the third-party Refuse for linking with PT is a bit of a pain to use... Anyone else?

Why don't you buy an issue of Computer Music?
They have their own sequencer on their CD every month. You can get it for free if you buy an issue of Computer Music. It's for Win, and Mac OS Classic.

Plus , there are built-in sampler and synthesizers in the program, like Logic.

Can't find any reference to Muzzy on Google or the CM site, oddly... you sure that's what it's called?

Interesting but I hate buying such crap magazines! Just look at this... http://www.computermusic.co.uk/soundonsoundapology.html

They just rip-off articles from other mags! I expect their sequencer is a repackaged product from somewhere else!
