This is happening to me as well. PT would not launch this morning, and I received the 'subscription license has expired' message. Re-syncing in iLok did not resolve the issue. I can see plainly in my Avid account that my license status is showing 'active', and 'auto-renew' is ON. The monthly payment for April went through normally just last week. I submitted a case, but I'm guessing my case is at the bottom of an enormous pile.

The PT subscription in iLok is showing expired on 4/11/2020 - but PT has been functioning normally until today (4/19).

Is this a widespread issue at Avid? Or am I interpreting the words 'active' and 'auto-renew' incorrectly?

Yes mate... agreed.

Thats two days out of our license... there needs to be some kind of compensation. it is a premium pro DAW.

Temp licenses are deposited manually so you need to ask

I am having the same problem, my case number is 03928688. I need to get this problem solved as it’s holding back deadlines.

Hey guys I just called in and got it fixed.

You can call Avid directly and they'll provide a temporary license or call licensing directly for a fix.

9782752555 Option 3 is licensing

Good idea and make sure you have a support code (ASC) and or Shstem ID when calling as I think they will need that.

Let us know how som this play out and I have Avid Support alerted and know about it so hoefully this will be fixed and rectified asap :)-
