Default trouble with Avid plug-in authorization in Pro Tools 11

Hi
I'm starting to transition from PT 10 HD to PT 11 HD and am having some trouble authorizing some of the older Avid/Digi plug-ins that work on my PT 10 system. Specifically, BF-2A, Purple Audio MC-77 and Smack. I have licenses for all of them under PT 10 (and have had them since I purchased my original PT 6 rig in the early 2000's). Can anyone tell me if these should be working for me in PT 11 as well? Or do I need to actually purchase a new license for these stock plug-ins if I want to use them in PT 11?

I would start with the info in this sticky in the AAX forum:
Avid 64-bit AAX Plug-ins for Pro Tools 11

If you have some of the plug-ins in this bundle:
Classic Compressors Bundle (BF-2A, BF-3A, Purple Audio MC77, Fairchild 660 and 670)

...but not all, you should contact Avid customer support about updating those licenses.

Smack! should be fine, but you need to install the correct 64-bit AAX version, and remove RTAS/TDM versions from your plug-ins folder if you are not using them.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll have to contact somebody at avid re: the MC77 license. I can see the license in my ilok account but it doesn't' authorize when PT loads. Do we need to pay for support for this kind of thing now???
