it works good for Protools 10.3.8 HD with same setting.

I reverted back to 10.3.8 and it's working fine.

I had the same problem (piss me off ) I reverted to the previous ver. And everything works. Thanks for pointing that out. Was going crazy trying to fig. Out why it all of a sudden dis not work. Funny thing is I think it works on my laptop with the latest version.

I'm experiencing the same Track Input Monitoring problems with 10.3.9 so I uninstalled 10.3.9 and installed 10.3.8. This did not work because Pro Tools refuses to start at all.

So I tried the manual uninstall procedure explained in earlier posts here and got 10.3.8 working again.

But know the Hardware Setup Window is gone, when I click on it, no window will open.

Did anyone had the same problem and has an easy fix or can point me in the right direction?

EDIT: problem has been resolved. The only way was to restore an working partition with 10.3.8 from a bootable back-up HD. I tried a lot of other things, but nothing worked. So the actual reason of the disappearance of the Hardware Setup Window remains a mystery...

same thing happen to me while trying to go back to previous version ( 10.3.8 ) so did i full unistall , jthen it worked for me

10.3.7 working well here.

Just b/c the release version has a higher number doesn't mean it's a better release
