Angry Pro Tools "BLEEP EFFECT" Shortcut Key 4 Windows?

What is the Pro tools "Bleep" effect shortcut key for windows? I tried google and have no luck. It's not in the Pro Tools 10 shortcut pdf either. HELP!!

I know for mac its Ctrl+Opt+Shift+3 but it doesn't work on windows.

Well, the windows version would be Alt+Windows+Shift+3. And that shuttles the playback at varying speeds depending on the number used. 1 being the slowest, nine being the fastest. And holding shift selects a portion of the track until shift is released. And no it's not in the shortcut's manual. I'm gonna try it on my mac right now.

Edit: Control Option Shift 3 does the same as I mentioned for windows. I'm unsure what shortcut you are thinking of. But this is how it's working for me on PT 10.
