Maximum RAM
I've searched but I can't find the answer to this question,
Whats the maximum amount of RAM you can have in a system running Pro Tools LE? Cheers Joe

Re: Maximum RAM
well the maximum would be what your motherboard can handle,
digi recommends 512 but a lot of people have more than that i believe that some people where having problems if they had over a gig but then there are people with 2 gigs that dont have any problems

Re: Maximum RAM
I have PT6.7 LE and using a 002r with 1.5GB ram and it's been very stable and happy. In the past I did have an error when I used LE 6.1 with over a gig and was using an mbox. But as long as I use a good mobo and ram (IE: Asus and Crucial) I never experience any problems with the newer versions of PT. Now I just wish my cpu could go faster!
